Fathers Mothers Side Ana Radenic or Janica RADENIC is this the same person?

I know names often got changed or mispelled when they came to usa.

I cannot seem to find when Frank my grandfather came to this county- I heard they came together-

And found her birth record in the Odra Croatia parish records born 23 May 1899 baptized May 25, 1899 Ana tge legitimate daughter of Juraj Pl. RADENIĆ and Marija nee ŠOPAR they lived at house number 14 in Gornje Lukovac Godparents Juraj RELEC and his wife Marij the priest was Ant. ŠVARIC
