In her profile, she is shown as born in France. My French is poor, but in the source attached to birth it appears to be Cap-de-Sable which would be in Acadie. I doubt Jean Lambert took his new Micmac wife to France. (smiley face).

It has been shown that her mitochondrial DNA, as inherited by her female descendants, is rare but it is EUROPEAN. Saying that she was the daughter of Jean Lambert is NOT proved. We do not know who her parents were.. since there is no documents to prove it.
