Hi, my dad was adopted by Ollie and Carl Kopp from a orphanage in St. Louis, MO. Even after doing dna testing the most i can find out is that he was Ashkenazi Jewish and my relatives surname is primarily frank. I'm at a stand still as I still do not have his birth name or birth date. All we know is all we have been told. If anyone could assist I would be so grateful.
