How do I attach someone

Hope I can make this clear.

Say for instance John Doe and Jane Doe are both already in the tree but are not attached to each other (for example purposes we'll assume they are husband/wife)

Is there a way to attach them to each other without having to make a new entry for one or the other of them?

no.... you have to make a profile like "husband of Bla" and merge to the spouse. . . .if not already .... pain the rear about this but yep...

No. If you go into tree view, and click on “more” on one of the profiles, you can then click on “move this person.” That will create a little box on the upper right hand corner with the person’s name in it. Drag and drop to the other profile. When the drop down menu comes up, choose spouse.
