People, My name is Roy W. Blandin. I'm trying to get more information on Francis Blanden (1685–1754). He came from Canada, but there is no birth record from there. It's possible he came from France through Canada, but again, no birth record. As for the spelling of respective last name. It appears from my searches that "Blandin" comes from France & "Blanden" comes from Belgium, but since both countries have french ancestries, it's hard to verify the correct family spelling. But, the spelling is not that important to me. Its the family history that I'm looking for.
