I've searched and didn't see a thread like what i'm asking - just people with connections to others. If you have more than one connection through somebody, how does Geni determine which to use? For example according to my offline tree (as her side is almost empty on here) it shows somebody as my 8x great grandfather. When I went to his page on here, it has us linked/the link through my father (as it doesn't go back that far on my momma's side). I am 12th cousins, 12x removed with this person from my father's side.
If I add to my mother's side, how would it show this person in the "connection" found area?
