I am researching the Ravenscroft family in South Africa. My grandmother was Susan K E Ravenscroft (married Adolf Trybus). Her father was Samuel Peter Ravenscroft (married Sussanna Dercksen). His father was Nicolaas J Ravenscroft (married Cornelia P Luwes). His father was Charles Ravenscroft ( married Cornelia P Linde). Charles' father was George Ravenscroft, born in Reading, England. he was on duty in Saint Helena island guarding Napoleon after his 2nd capture. he married Marian Weller and moved to South Africa. If anyone would like to help me,I would be more than happy to invite you to edit my tree! ;)

Mikey - Sharon is a curator and a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I wish there were more people like her. I would love help on my closed doors.
