Today I discovered the grave of the man, Simon Levine, who I believe is the fifth son of Yitzach Leyb who until now has been indicated as only as Mr. Levine on this tree. The grave is in the same small Divenishker Verein of the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Queens, NY, USA. I have posted a photo of the monument. I cannot corroborate the name of the parents from the death certificate because I cannot find the death certificate. However, the monument records the date of death as 1 December 1948 (age 76) so by calculation Simon Levine was born in 1872 which would make him one of the oldest of Yitzach Leyb's children (since I do not know the year of birth of Aharon Hershl I cannot say he is the oldest because Aharon Hershl may be older). The death certificate should be findable given since the date and places of death is known. I have tried familysearch.org, but perhaps on one of the other databases.
