The records shown here are close to the information I have for my Great-great-great grandfather (down through Morgan/Tarlington/Joel Bowman/Andrew Tarlington). I have noted in MyHeritage and findagrave references to Garrett's marriage to Mary Pannel. In fact, findagrave (https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/165334036/garret-hendrix) states "Many researchers name Garret's wife as Elizabeth Amanda Hall, the daughter of Samuel Hall and Millian Webb. They claim that she was both mother to her children: Letitia, Darby and Chloe Hendrix, as well as a sister to their spouses: Samuel Jr., Martin and Elizabeth "Betsy" Hall. This scenario would not only be a severe case of inbreeding, but shameful as well! The problem here, is that no record of an Elizabeth Amanda Hall exists. I challenge anyone to prove that she ever existed. "
Does anyone have proof of her birth, marriage, children, death, or other documents to substantiate her existence and entry into the Hendrix line?
