I noticed something unusual about the headstone at Mt. Zion cemetery. In Hebrew the name reads: Tsvi Hersh b'r Yitzach while in English the name reads: Isaac. I can only conclude that both names are correct, one in Hebrew and the other in English. I leave this topic open for further interpretation. As mentioned earlier, the death certificate states the father is Isaac and the mother is Kittel Melnitzer so I think this is clearly a son of Yitzach Leyb's and Gitl's. I am not sure why this son of Yitzach Leyb whose Hebrew name is Tsvi Hersh seems to have been known in the US by the name Isaac, but that is apparently what happened.
