Hi, my genealogy records show my great grandfather to be Christ J Resbak, born February 3, 1874 from Lyngdal Norway, and died October 26, 1948 in Summit, South Dakota. My records show his parents to be Isak Hagenson Resbakken (born Nov 9, 1847) and Gunvord Olsdatter Kriavan Kuas (born June 20, 1836.

These records show Kristian (Isaksen) Kvavan to also be born 1874, from Lyngdal, and parents Isak Hagensen, Risbakken and Gunvor Tollaksdtr, Kravan.

Are these the same person because the names and dates seem very close?
