Born 1813 Mississippi. Went to Oklahoma with Choctaw or Cherokee. Married outlaw Tom McCauley who took her to Virgini where she met his best friend Thomas C. Bryant. She went back to Mississippi and Thomas came there to marry her about 1850 She owned all the land that is now Bok Homa Reservation in Sandersville, MS. Her husband Thomas Bryant was sheriff of Jones County at one time. She died in Jones County, MS, USA 1870 and is buried at Green Cemetery (old Sharon Church Cemetery) on McMillian Road. Jackie D. I have to take back the Bok Homa part. The land was between Sandersville and Hwy. 28 in Laurel. It included what is now Sharon Community. So it was sold and not taken for the reservation. Jackie Yaggi.
