I think Robert might have been 'misplaced' in the Geni tree. At present he appears to be a son of Alexander Hamilton of Killyleagh but, in Burke's Landed Irish Gentry, Alexander Hamilton, of Killyleagh, had only one son (Hugh Hamilton of Ballybrenagh) and a daughter Jane. While Robert's father might be somebody called Alexander, I do not believe that it is 'this' Alexander. Please check.
