I am searching for information on my great-great grandfather - William G. Hogue. I have found very little. He is in the 1865 Bourbon County, Kansas Census. He married Susannah Doremire Brillhart in 1864 in Kansas. They had one daughter Lydia Ann born in January 1865 in Kansas. I have found that he served in the Civil War. I cannot find any information on his birth (other than the census had his birthplace listed as Missouri and I estimate his was born in 1844 from his age listed on the census) or his death. It seems like he just disappears after the Census was taken.
