Louisa Clara Sauger (Lavoie) - Adoption

So my father was put up for adoption in 1950 by Victor and Louisa Cochrane/ Lavioe I wanted to know if I could find any of my blood relatives. Does Louisa have any other children? Is there any of my aunts or uncles still alive? So where do you fall into for the family tree. So Louisa is my grandma Victor Cochrane is my grandpa and my father is Brett Machell and then there’s me Edwin Machell
