August Karl Beckmann - Is this possibly him?

There were several August Beckmann's around this time. I listed a few in the other discussion about August - August Karl Beckmann

August Karl's date of birth as c.1874 comes from his 1894 marriage certificate to Victoria Redinger. The last record we have of August Karl is from his 1906 divorce record when he was in German South West Africa. I haven't been able to find any other records for him.

As a result, I'm inclined to think that August Karl and August Wilhelm are two different people based on Hilda Anna's date of birth given in her DN as being 25 Dec. 1899. The 1906 divorce record made no mention of any infidelity on August Karl's part, just a charge of apparent abandonment.

To be certain, I think we would need to find a marriage certificate for August Wilhelm and Paulina Ottilie Ernstina.
