I am searching for a photo or copy of my Van Bibber family crest. It belonged to my paternal Grandparents and has been lost. The crest was an old style beehive with some flying bees. A burlap sack of coffee was leaning up against the beehive. Below were the words "By Industry We Thrive". At the bottom were the words "Van Bibber". I am descended from the immigrant Isaac Jacob Van Bibber 1661, Krefeld, Germany now Holland, died September 1723, Cecil County, MD, and also Hannah Van Bibber 1778, married to Goodrich Lightfoot Slaughter.
Some of the family were wealthy coffee merchants in Germany/Holland.
Thank you, Donna Truslow Rogers, Hamilton, VA.

Hello. I am 1st cousin 6x removed of Goodrich. I visited and photographed Hannah's final resting place last June in Charleston, W.V.
I don't know if you found the Crest, but if I find anything while adding to her tree this week, I will pass it along.
