My gr gr grandparents were peasant farmers in Poreba Koceby. Their names were Kaizimierz Zaslona and Maryanna (Nowak) Zalsona. Kazimierz was born on 1 March 1861. Once of their sons Wictor Zaslona emigrated here from Germany to Phildelphia then finally his last place New Bedford, Massachusetts. USA.
Kazimierz and Maryanna were married on 14 Feb 1887. Wedding ceremony provided by the priest Michał Jabłonowski, Poręba parish administrator.
My maternal grandfather told me his father (Wictor Zaslona) felt his parents may have been killed, died or arrested because he never heard from them again once coming to the states.
I have not been able to find and documents after their wedding aKt.
Can someone please tell me where, how to find their last resting place and final days?
