According to Rootsweb he was born circa 1747 in either Baltimore County or AnneArundel County, MD, and died in 1805 in Baltimore County.

There is little evidence that *this* Shadrack (Shadrach) Penn ever ventured far from Baltimore County, MD. He seems to have been mashed up with a cousin, Shadrach Penn (of Benjamin and Dinah), who was an early settler of Frankin County, KY.

Whether he had the wife/wives and child/ren listed here is strongly open to doubt.
