Billie, I believe it could be considered the same, although in this day & age I am surprised that respiratory arrest was used. I have added him to the project. Please be sure to mention your info & source in his about section as well as any other info you may have on him. Did he have any other health issues??? (such as: "He was known to have... His death certificate states his cause of death was respiratory arrest." or something similar.)
Do you have his obituary? Maybe add that in his about section also.
