Seeking info on the parents of Artie Clark Flowers. Don't know if Clark is her surname or middle name. Have run across possible info that she was not raised by her real parents, but with other possible family. May have discovered her mom from some info on Ancestry.com, a Susin or Susie Ward (born around 1867). They were born or lived in Franklin County, Mississippi....a town called Meadville, Mississippi. I think I found Artie in a 1900 Census living with a James M. Jones & Francis Jones...she is listed as a sister-in-law to the head of the family...also, Susin Ward is listed in this household. The surname Ward came up from a copy of an obituary of Artie's son, Truly Flowers, that shows her name as Artie Ward Flowers instead of Clark......
