Any guidance where I might be able to find the name of Robert's father, or any information about his mother, Fannie Goldstein? Robert was from Merigold, MS, so it's possible Fannie was also from there.
A quick Ancestry search located a Robert Goldstein in the 1930 census in Louisville, Kentucky, son of Lewis and Fanny, both born in Russia. The census also lists brothers Morris, Joseph, and David and sister Esther, so it sounds like your guy.
