my mother was born rose chait in Suvainiskis.Her father dob beer(boris) died in Russia during world war one.my grandmother ettel came back to Lithuania for a short time before leaving for the states.
She said she was going to kvetkai to relatives.On her passport she said she lived in roskiskis.Upon coming to the U.S.They changed name to Iead.
My grandmother said she was born in Zibali as ettel Shapiro
I am trying to see any family connections in Lithuania
