I cannot see an entry for Sara on the attachment. I have seen the transcript which shows a birth record of 1879. Other records all give later dates although they are self certified. The 1939 Register gives a birthday of 28 September 1883. The 1911 Census gives Sara's age as 29 which would give a birth year 1881 (assuming the same birth month of September). Also, Sara's gravestone states she was 80 when she passed away in January 1962. Again this would imply a birth year of 1881.
Records for Sara's husband also have a range of birth dates ranging from 1877 to 1885.
