Can someone please remove Darlene as manager. 'Conflicting Data' issues cannot be resolved because it has to go through her first and she has abandoned her profile. Thanks.

Her account is not abandoned. Just invite her to collaborate to get full access to resolve conflicts and maintain all public profiles.

Within the messages on Darlene's Profile page it says ".....15/4/2016 - GENI considers this tree abandoned" But i think maybe referring to another branch of hers, and not her profile. Not really sure. I tried last year asking for collaboration, and more recently. Not sure what else to do.

What you see is a personal comment in the guestbook, not a message from Geni.

As a curator I can see last login and that she now and then approve collaboration requests.

Secondly I don't understand why you want to remove her as a manager.

It is a profile 10 generations back where nobody should have exclusive rights to a profile.

hey Bjørn,

What I saw was a comment from a Curator, regarding tree abandonment. So naturally I would take note of that being true.

Given that nothing can be done to the profile of Elizabeth Jourdan (and at least 1 other person), and because there was no reply last year and recently (as mentioned above), and because of the comment on Darlenes' profile regarding tree abandonment, I think my request to remove her as manager is justified, however, you have said she returns from time to time so I just have to wait.

A profile 10 generations back should not have exclusive rights and this what Darlene has, because no one can change, add, fix anything for Elizabeth Jourdans profile.

A Pro user and collaborators of the manager can.

To add to the above, these profiles are currently blocked and require permission to be changed. Elizabeth JOURDAN (d.Nov 1693), Marjorie Geraldine DENNETT (d.2011), George GAMBRILL (d.bef 1693).... there are more that I have previously come across, and need to add those to a list. Geni certainly have flaws with certain aspects of tree management.

Again: Users who pays for access or collaborate have it.
