Irish records start around 1800 or later for most counties but i will have a look for you

I have checked the subscription site www.rootsireland.ie for you and found the following possibilities:

George Collins baptised 8 March 1778 in Rathdrum county Wicklow, father Ralph Collins mother Jane

The same George married Margaret surname unknown and had the following children
Jane born 1814 address Ballinaclash Rathdrum Wicklow
John born 1817 same address
Henry 1819 same address
William 1820 same address
James 1823 same address
