Finding my Grandfather surname Wright

My Father was born in 1927 May, in England and his mother had an affair which he became the child of and she promised his father she would never tell his name and she even on her death bed kept that secret. The only thing she said was he was a well known American Film Producer. Now whether that was correct or not we wont know. My father past in 1998. I had my brother do a Y Gene test and the name Wight was detected as a positive surname. Can anyone help me or guide me to a next step on where to find someone in England in 1926 who might be a Film producer or not but the name of Wright.
