Elizabeth "Betsey" Cottrell - Not Much Info On Elizabeth Cotrell

I see that she had a Susannah in 1770 at the age of 15. I see she did not marry till 1781 to Thomas Hodges. I have been trying to figure out if she became pregnant with a Cherokee man. I have heard stories but I can not figure this out. Is it possible she was captured in the 1769 Cherokee Indian Rampage or somehow met up with a Cherokee man? Any information would be appreciated.
