Deborah Read Franklin would have been born in Philadelphia, not England, as her ancestor came over on the Mayflower. The family was already in America.

Her Quaker parents emigrated from Birmingham to Philadelphia in 1711.

Maybe there's something in the Quaker Meeting records.
