We are seeing too much of this - the haste to lock fields to "prevent errors" is CAUSING errors.

Richard Beard was born in 1625/6. THEREFORE he was born in ENGLAND, because Maryland, even as a concept, did not exist until circa 1630, wasn't colonized until 1635 (arrival of Ark and Dove) - and Anne Arundel County was neither named nor organized until 1650.
