Ira Evans Clark - Clark, Winstead, or Blakney genealogy information

Ira Evans Clark was my mother's father. My mother, Frances Virginia Clark, was born August 2 , 1918. Her mother's name was Lou Metta Winstead Clark. Lou Metta Clark died when my mother was about two months old because she contracted flu during the 1918 Flu Epidemic. My mother already had a full sister who was about two years older. Her name was Nellie Clark. When her mother died, Nellie stayed with her father and his second wife. My mother lived with Ira's mother, Hattie Virginia Blakeney neyClark, who is buried near my mother in a cemetery in Wilson North Carolina. There is a large stone t hat says " Williams - Clark." (My father, Melvin J. Williams, Hattie's son, John Clark, and my mother are also buried in in the same area.)
