Dear Admin,
Gwenllian Williams (1800-1866) has been added as a wife for Thomas Martin (1648-1714). Please remove her and her child Mary (1897-1904). As you can see it is chronologically impossible for them to be his wife and child as he died in 1714. I've added sources to his profile today to avert any confusion.
Thank you!

I am the 3rd great granddaughter of Thomas Martin and Gwenllian Williams. You are correct to remove Thomas Martin (1648-1714). Thomas Martin was born 22 July 1802/1805 in Gorn, Breconshire, Wales and died 8 July 1858 in Gwerullwyn Back, Dowlais, Wales. He was married to Gwenllian Williams on 6 May 1826 in Vaynor, Breconshire, Wales. They had 4 children: Mary Martin (my 2nd great grandmother); Margaret who died as a child; William who died as a child and (4) Margaret Martin who was married.

You will need to add your Thomas Martin (1802-1858) as a spouse to Gwenllian. But it would be chronologically impossible for him to be the father of Mary b. 1897 as he was already dead. It seems that more research is in order.

There was a bad merge done back in September.

The two Thomas Martin's have now been unmerged and Thomas Martin has been disconnected from his incorrect 17th-century parents.
