My father is the grandson of Sam and Ethel Cohn of Chicago. Sam was a tailor who came to the US from Kiev in about 1885. Ethel came in 1890. She also went by the name Annie. We had very little information about them. We do have photos however. They had 8 children, my father’s mother Fannie among them. After DNA testing revealed that I am the second cousin of Mark Dean, I began to try to sleuth this out. We connected and I discovered Sarah and Harry on this family tree. I suspect that they are the siblings of Ethel and Sam. I am looking for some hard documentation of this relationship but so far have not found any. Any suggestions? Thank you!
