I have traced my ancestors back to Constantia Pearson and her first husband Nathaniel Chapman and have documentary proof for all the linkages. I have her date of birth only as 1714 (no day or month). However, I have no proof that Constantia was indeed the daughter of Simon Pearson and Hannah Ball Pearson. Both Simon and Hannah were previously married, Hannah to Rawleigh Travers. Therefore, it's possible that Constantia was Simon's daughter from a previous marriage. It seems to me we need one or both of the following: (a) date of marriage of Simon and Hannah; (b) specific date of birth of Constantia. Any help/suggestions on this will be gratefully appreciated!
