Fruma Rotshild(Stolbov) - Husband of Fruma Rotshild

I am trying to identify the husband of Fruma Rotshild(Stolbov). I was in Kiryat Yam in October 2017 and found her apartment. But I could not get any information abut her husband from the neighbors. The name Rotshild was still on the mailbox but no one answered the door. A neighbor's grandson told me that he saw an old man living in the apartment.

I have a photo of her grave which I got from the cemeter in which she is buried. We called the cemetery to find out Fruma's husband's name but they did not have the information. We tried calling the Chevra Kadish but the office was closed.

I am the grand son of Wolfe Rothchild who came to Montreal, Canada in the early 1900's with a wife(Rachel) and one son. While in Montreal the had four other children. The family moved to the States(Springfield, Massachusetts). We have a document that seems that Fruma Rotshild was known to one of our Canadian relatives. But we have not been able to find out the name of Frum's husband. CAN YOU HELP ME FIND OUT!
