Betty, My husbands surname is TERRY from the Williamsburg area. Ive proven George W. Terry b 1800 or 1801( wife Sarah ?).Children were George W, William Denison, Elizabeth. Elizabeth b.1833 m. Javin Lamb but both are absent in 1860 census and after. Don't know if she died or remarried. Our Terry Surnames are Burrows, McCants, Camlin, Snowden, Daniel, Dick, Gotea. This may be a long shot but is it possible that Torrey/Terry surname could be connected for Elizabeth ? Ive been searching for her for several years. Your thought? Barbara Terry
