My second great uncle with wife and dother lived there before moving to USA.

They lived in Latvia, Liepaja (Libau). Mikelis was proffesional military in Latvia Army since about 1920's. As I know Mikelis also somehow atended WW2 (I am still in reaserch). Before soviets come to Latvia, they emigrated to Germany.
