DNA matches missing?

I've done both a paternal and maternal DNA test and posted the results on Geni. On my mother's side, I'm related to every US president and all English Kings and Queens, and thereby most all of European and Russian royalty. I register 100,000+ relatives, yet not a single DNA match. Am I doing something wrong?

In your profile I see only your Y-haplogroup, it means your mtDNA and atDNA results are not connected to your Geni profile. Check again how you connected your results to Geni, try to dissconnect and reconnect.

I also recommend to upload your results to gedmatch.com - their classical version and the new developing Genisis algorithm. I get thousand more matches there than here at geni. Good luck!

I disconnected and then when I tried to reconnect it said that the Geni account was formally disconnected and will (now) not send the data?

Go to familytreedna.com, click on MyDashborad and there on Partner Applications. Connect to the geni.com again, then your y-dna and autosomal dna results should be added to geni again. It worked for me.
