Only child of the couple was Hendrina Maria Elizabeth Crause

I think Christiaan married Hendrina after Elisabeth Smit died?

Thanks Zena, that's really interesting!
She probably died giving birth.
So we need to add in a new wife fro Christiaan Frederik Krause: Hendrina ME Pietersen who is mother of Hendrina ME v.d. Merwe (Krause).
I think this is Hendrina's father: Barthold Wilhelm Pietersen
