Does anyone know if her parents are known and what would be reliable sources for her. I inherited curatorship of this profile from another curator and just now a user emailed that the mother was unknown. Since I've done no research in this family, I was hoping someone who knows Suffolk primary sources or this family in particular would suggest where to find information.

She also had a death location of New York, so clearly over the past decade her profile has degraded.

I'm not familiar with this line so it's from scratch research for me. Start with the immigrant ancestor Edmund Creswell Lockwood, Sr. and see what the Great Migration Project has on him

Should be able to find the GMB article on ancestry but if you look at the profile I tagged, apparently both Jacobus & Anderson have reviewed the English ancestry, so it's a matter of understanding what they concluded.

Yes, those notes are horrible to read , they come from http://www.myfamilysearch.net/getperson.php?personID=I979&tree=...

And say nothing about English ancestry. I've looked a little in ancestry.com & there does not, so far, seem to be solid evidence supporting the mother of Edmund the immigrant ancestor, and a couple of different birth dates ( 1549 & 1559),; no middle name Eléna, and a father Johannes Creswell born 1520. There's an alternate unsupported mother in one rootsweb of Agnes somebody.

To do more English record research takes time & effort. I would suggest doing whatever makes Trinity Heimann comfortable
