Do not think referring to a profile as "this person" is enough of an identifier to let anyone figure it out. Tagging or providing a link would be recommended, I believe.

Sandra - knowing that someone is your " first cousin four times removed's husband's great niece's husband's second cousin four times removed's husband's second great aunt's husband" gives no information at all as to that person's relationship to your husband - three folks with that relationship to you might have totally different relationships to your husband - or none at all to him.
Nor does that information tell us that the person is a relative of your mother.

So there is no answer to the question "in general".

To see if you are related to your husband you can temporarily disconnect him from you and let Geni find a path between the two of you. However, in this particular case you won't discover anything because your husband has nothing more than his parents in his side of the tree.
