Ole Olsen Brandvold used the name Ole Olsen Solberg in the U. S. He lived in Minnesota near Murdock, MN. He had 10 children. I only learned about him in the past few months; although I was told he came to the United States He came in 1865 with his wife and first child 15 years before his sister, Mathilda Olsdatter Brandvold came in 1881.
According to what I have seen by other researchers, his mother, Maren Gulbransdatter was born Solberg.
