Yep, that's my concern. I've recently run across some very interesting connections when I was searching some last names. Granted, these are showing cousins that are like 44th down the road and maybe removed once, twice, three times. Kinda wild isn't it. And I never got a message that they were related lol! Does the ancestry matcher thingy stop at 20th cousin? Nevertheless, it made me wonder - are these for real? How do I know that these are for real if I don't have a well defined, pristine family tree map? On one hand, the matches I saw would explain so much in regards to some DNA info but on the other, it really overwhelmed me with more questions and I don't have a clue who to ask! I will appreciate any and all help with this. Thank you all!

p.s. If anyone would be interested in knowing the surnames I seemed to mysteriously match, I'll be more than happy to show the information as I copied it. Right now, I just keep looking at it in wonder.
