John Chilton - Is the John Chilton who died in May 1767 in Frederick Maryland the son of John and Sarah Keys (Kay) born in

Richmond Va in 1710 or is he the John Chilton born in 1720 in Stafford Va son of Mark Chilton and Sarah Keyes.
I suspect he is the son of Mark and Sarah Keys (Kay) Chilton. I think the death date is scrambled up with one of his cousins but we need to examine primary source data to unscramble these John Chilton's.
