Moses Cohen - Birth date error

If Moses Cohen was born in 1798, he would have been 8 when his daughter Deborah was born in 1806. Not possible. I think his birth year was 1780 but have not yet found evidence to back that up.

He was born on Jan 19. 1780 Norwich
