Is ons voorvader Jan Andries of Johan Andreas Horak?

Does anyone have any records to indicate that Jan Andries was actually Johan Andreas?
I understand that Jan/Johan/Johannes could be interchangeable, but all the marriage records, wills, baptism records, etc that I have show his name as Jan Andries and I have not seen anything to support the Johan Andreas Horak.

Dankie Judi. Dit is veral as daar iets is om te wys dat hy oorspronklik Johan Andreas was, wat my interesseer.
