Rachel Noe who married Joseph Walden

I'm looking for sources that can put these two people together. Walden family verbal history has passed this couple down by word of mouth but I can't find any references to them. Supposedly Rachel's parents were Samuel Noe and Mary Ann Dennis. There may have been a sister Nancy Noe. I do have a "friendly" lawsuit giving her name as Rachel Noe Walden but other than that I can't seem to find her family anywhere.
