Walter Brown - Uncle Sam from America?

When Watt Brown returned to visit Scotland, my distant uncle Bill Smith was just a lad in school. Afterwards, seeing a picture of the "Uncle Sam" character in a schoolbook, he exclaimed: "That's my uncle Watt from America! This picture looks just like my uncle Watt."
