James Arthur Shields
was born 6/4/1869 and died 17/10/1877 aged 8

but he is showing as having married in 1894 to Caroline Shields

James Arthur SHIELDS is buried at the Carlingford Anglican cemetery, died 17/10/1877 aged 8 years and 6 months, the son of James Shields and Maria.

Can anyone add any information on the marriage to Caroline?

I have added a photo of hus grave where his age is clearly outlined and have detached his impossible wife.

Re Caroline Shields nee Delforce
Headstone shows her husband as James Shields Died 30th May 1936 aged 78 years,+ son Andrew.
So it seems to me that Caroline did not marry a James Arthur Shields.
I have added picture of headstone to Carolines' Profile
