His 2nd wife Alice Newman did not die in 1672. She made a pre nuptial agreement in 1673 with her future husband John Sojourner to protect the property right for her Harris children that they had inherited in the 1672 Will of her husband. Scant records on her afterwards until the 1700's.

Yes, the curator note was a bit confusing, I clarified it, and added the pre nuptial agreement note to her profile.
